Reports brings together every operational and statutory report the hotel needs in one hub, rather than having to piece figures together from each individual module. Every report supports a date-range filter and can typically be exported or printed.
1. Arrivals / Departures
Every guest due to arrive or depart within a chosen date range, with room and confirmation details — the same data as the Overview cards, but exportable and filterable by date.

2. No-Shows & Cancellations
Bookings that were cancelled or never arrived for, over a selected period, with the reason recorded where staff logged one. Useful for spotting patterns worth addressing (a channel with high no-shows, for example).
3. Night Audit Summary
A close-of-day summary: rooms sold, revenue collected, outstanding balances, and any discrepancies for a single date — typically run once per night by whoever closes out the front desk.
4. Revenue & ADR/RevPAR
Standard hospitality performance metrics over a period: total revenue, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), so you can benchmark performance month over month.

5. Manager's Flash Report
A one-page daily snapshot for ownership/management — occupancy, revenue, arrivals/departures and any notable events, meant to be read in under a minute.
6. Housekeeping Status
A point-in-time or historical view of room cleaning status across the property, useful for spotting bottlenecks in turnaround time.
7. Maintenance Log
A history of every maintenance issue logged, its priority, who resolved it, and how long it took — helpful for spotting rooms or equipment that need repeated repairs.
8. Booking Statistics
Booking volume and trends over time — by source, room category, or length of stay — to understand where your business is coming from.
9. Guest Profiles
An exportable list of guest profiles matching filters you set (e.g. guests who stayed in the last 90 days), useful for marketing outreach or loyalty programs.
10. Financial Summary
A consolidated view of income and expenses across every source — rooms, hotel businesses, services and disbursements — for a chosen period, mirroring what Finance Reports shows but framed for a general audience rather than an accountant.

11. Occupancy
Occupancy rate over time, by day, week or month, with the ability to compare against a prior period.
12. Employment Statistics
Headcount by department, shift coverage, and basic HR metrics drawn from Staff (HR) records.
